It is, a very "Architectural" plan. The kind you get to do when the client gives you a program, then leaves you alone with a decent budget:-)

No, just LCD monitors that display what you'd see if you were looking out a window. Apparently the design team have already had a team out shooting HD video footage of all of Job's favorite places. If he feels like looking out the windows to see Tibet he'll have only to select that program. The lighting & HVAC will also be coordinated to complete the "iPlace" effect. It is the perfect system for a nostalgic vampire like Mr. Jobs. He'll be able to experience looking out on sunny day on the French Riviera -- something he can't really do anymore since becoming a vampire.

*** In the spirit of full disclosure I must acknowledge I have a wee bit of a chip on my shoulder when it comes to Mr. Jobs. I've been a little bitter since he used my name without permission on his computers. ***

See that round thing in the kitchen? That's the elevator to the 29,000 square foot luxury bunker eight stories down. The indoor pool, bowling alley, theatre, holodeck, and koi pond are all in the bunker. All the rooms above ground are just going to be used by security and the mother-in-law when she visits. [You can't really imagine his spoiled children accepting those tiny bedrooms and a shared bath can you?]

Oh and what look like garage bays are really car elevators. The collection of supercars are all underground.

Ross, You are making me split a gut laughing.

Edson, That's all I have. No elevations of 3Ds but will look more. I picked up this on iClarified. As a Mac user you should check it out πŸ‘

                  Edson,

Check this out, it has a basement and roof plan!

I imagine it would be possible to do a rough SU model based on this info. The roof looks to be a green roof!

I will keep and eye out for elevations and sections.

Hmmm let's see Estimated cost 8.45 million divided by 4910 sq ft= $1720/sq ft.(Allows for more than modest finishing)
Architects are Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, apparently, they are the apple store boys.

Maybe Jobs likes to do his jobs on gold toilet fixtures. 😲

Not far off Ross, Gold is at $1300 an ounce, I figure you you could have a substrate and guild it with an ounce of gold for $1720/sq ft. That would leave you what... $420/sq ft for stuff to put the gold on, you know lumber, granite..... What would be considered high end houses here are coming in at around $275/sq ft.

Only if he covers it with a rubber bumper.
