Edit Component/Group doesn't work

I use SKP 8. When I use Follow me tool and Push/Pull tools, it should be working when I right click the Group/Component to edit Component/Group, but the proup stay still and doesn't respond at all..
can you help me -

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
