Let you set the opacity of Image elements.Access
*<Image>* > Context Menu > OpacityUsage
Right click and Image and set the opacity from theOpacitysub-menu.

I just installed it in SketchUp 2023 and it works fine for me. Make sure you have the latest TT_Lib installed, too. I installed it from the Extension Warehouse.
