The latter is true but I have had so much uni work on and other projects hardly been able to do anything fun-wise with sketchup. Hopefully this christmas break will let me do some new stuff fingers crossed?

Car looks great anyway, im not a fan of the default tyre material in thea either its not very good is it, love the blue paint now with the map and reflections on!

Well, you have already made it to "Most impressive SketchUp modelling". Rightly.
And it just keeps looking better and better! A kind of work I like the most ( with all due respect to "organic" stuff ) πŸ‘ πŸ‘ πŸ‘

Maybe a slightly dark white would be good. πŸ˜„

It looks great to me but I'd like to see the car in a blue instead of black. And I think you need a little fill light on the tires (or just make them a dark gray instead of black).

what are those two marks above the light on the left side of the picture.

And now guess who is depressed. πŸ˜„

Those floating anomalies are rivets that I was playing in SU but forgot them. Nice spot!

The tyre material is Thea default rubber. Need to play more with it. Suggestions welcome.

The seat are shit at the moment but I've no time to play these. To busy planning world domination.

                      Thanks for feedback

I was hoping the seat is a stand in. I hope someone who knows Thea will chime in about the rubber. I think of it from a purely photographic perspective. If I was losing the tires off the bottom of the range of the film, I would get some light in on them somehow. The side walls need something, too. Maybe some ribs running round the tire. How about whitewalls.

"Luigi know what you want. Black-wall tires, they blend into the pavement, but a this... white-wall tires, they say look at me, here I am, love me."

I've had time to play today and bye bye went alot of parts. Just the Cockpit, Seats and underfloor to complete. I have found some nice engine images and I actually might model it. Current at 15mb in size without textures (45mb with πŸ˜’ )

Beauty model, Rich! The renders help highlight the great modeling. Perhaps needs some detail where the spokes hit the rims.

Thanks, I plan on remodelling the wheels at some point. It's one of those 'never quite content' models. πŸ˜’

High praise from the grandmaster of car modelling. In fact it was your Eldorado that made me revisit this and tweak the details. Don't get much time for playing with this though.
