Then you noticed this 'Great American Beer'
That's an oxymoron.
-
I changing out of my hospital scrubs and will be heading west. Well, southwest, really. See you all in a few days.

No making fun of the local micro brews here in Boulder. By the way, I think the Beer Festival is already sold out. Always a popular event.
-
I actually like micro breweries, got a lot up your way? I recently did a taste of Boston were 12 independent brewers showed their wares, it was a great fun evening, I needed a cab back to hotel.
Sold out, yikes that is popular, guess we all get to wait for last weekend of September as it's Beer-fest time again.

I'll absolutely be there!!
I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone.I don't drink, so I hope I won't be too much of an anchor on the festivities.

you can keep hold of my phone till the end of the night lol,
my night out/new phone ratio is impressive sometimes I come home without one but more usual it will be missing an important component like a battery, back cover etc lol -

My flight lands in Denver at 10am Tuesday.
Suppose I'll get to the Boulder Bluff Best Western around noon.
Despite what they say about people looking like their pets, my nose is not pink β¦ until I've had a few.Geo

And I will be wearing the same shirt
Mateo: My son visited Dubrovnik when he was stationed in Iraq. I can see from your picture that it is as beautiful as he said it was!

Right, a bit of progress has been made. Csaba and I have organised the outside patio for the get together AND we have a beautiful hostess by the name of Youngun talked into greeting guests.

Hows the weather? any need for a sweater at night?
-
You know your a day early, right Mike? People will be arriving tomorrow....is Gaieus just trying to get a head start?
-
The weather is fine by my standards. We even had a few drops of rain in Pearle Street today but we were okay as we were under a bar's canopy looking out.
The weather forecast for Wednesday is some thunder storms! So maybe bring a plastic thingie!

Hi All,
Yes, we have been here for a day already pioneering around (Sunday all day being happy hour in the next door pub made it easy).
The weather is just fine. No bloody, steamy and humid heat and the evening (measured till 1 a.m. outside the terrace) was enjoyable.
Need to get some pug converter, be back later.
(Jody Gates saying hi to all)

Wife and kids will be traveling with me, but I will try to stop by before going out to dinner with my Boulder relatives.
-
In Sydney, have a 45min delay to LAX. No big deal as I have a few hours wait there. Getting excited!!!

Client's deadline was Thursday, so mine is Tuesday.
So it's a late night for me.

Sorry to be laughing but I thought you only lost or broke phones while drunk... oh wait, were you drunk in the taxi?
Glad you guys are starting to filter in. I am excited as well. However my daughter is not. She just cried herself to sleep tonight anticipating my departure. She is a daddy's girl indeed.
So Liam, define hot to you? We have been enduring 95-105 degree weather with humidity to match.
