I copied a model from another model into mine. Now I can see all the lines and segments of the model. It is a statue. Is there a way to hide or turn off the those lines? Thanks.

Under View > Hidden Geometry in the menu bar you can show or hide geometry.
Or if it's not hidden geometry you can right click the statue and choose soften/smooth to hide these lines.
