A pluggin to rotate an object on a face ?

hello everybody

I am looking to a pluggin to rotate an object so it can be parallele to a selected face .

I explain

I work on a project , a car race, and the track is composed of curves . I have 20 vehicles and I would like to do pictures of the vehicles on differents places of the track . I already began , and it is a nightmare to put them precisely , one by one .
