I need to make a curved car ramp and I follow a video tutorial for this. But first, I have to add screw command in plugins menu. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks a lot and I really appreciate any help and suggestions.

I think you will need to download the screw plugin? I do not know where that is located. Perhaps Smustard, or Ruby Library Depot? Possibly in the Sketchucation plugin collection? Some plugins are zipped, some are not.

I take the slow, deliberate approach in my aimless wandering.

There are several good plugins to help with making helical forms BUT you can do it 'by hand' quite easily - e.g. see here for some ideas http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=9097&p=55538&hilit=helical+ramp#p55538 ...
