      Hi all

I have started begin making cars in SketchUp but it has taken so long and it has been so many problems on the road and outside grass if there are any guides, one could make a model in Google SketchUp Pro 7.1 and make it as 3D file then import it into 3DMAX .

I have tried to follow make a box car in 3d max but does not succeed, I have some bad patience for things like this is there any tips I can get?

      Have a nice day πŸ˜„

        Hi,

Did you check out this thread?

        http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=81&t=12931&p=223033&hilit=rogue#p223033

Or YouTube, where you'll find lots of car tutorials

There are also tutorials here about making bonnets and wheels

        http://www.sketchucation.com/intermediate-tutorial-index/

But more importantly post your problem like images or .skp so other can help you fix them

Download the free D'oh Book for SketchUp πŸ“–

          Hi, Manoj
I assume that you have already checked out some car modeling tutorials, but anyway take a look at http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=79&t=23792
However, there are no shortcuts. If you really lack the patience, I have no advice for you, except to be persistent, especially if it is about modeling in 3D Studio Max.
          Best regards,
          NT
