Print Setup Window Missing

Old problem for me - sorry I'm just getting around to asking about it.
I don't think I've ever seen my Print Setup window. Is it just me? Selecting File > Print Setup does nothing.
Nor has the Print Preview ever worked. I get this Window when selecting Print Preview, but never have seen an actual preview of what is to be printed.

It works OK for me, BUT don't tick 'model-extents'... and under 'properties' set your page orientation to landscape ?
