Profile Builder from SMustard - it's a paid plugin but very powerful and very useful. I use it a lot for a wide variety of sections, moldings etc.

I am guessing that you have tried the line2tube with 4 segments and found that the vertices orient themselves with edges oriented to the axes instead of faces oriented to the axes.
              Suggestion:
Select each tube and rotate as you produce. The tube will be a group. Navigate to the end of the tube and use the Move tool. Hover over the end face and use the red grips to rotate the tube.
If you meant you wanted the tube to form with actual walls, this may be a level of detail not necessary in the model, but it can be done, just not with this ruby, unless you form two tubes with 4 segments but with different radii using the same line for both.

Also, I don't think the entire array is going to bloom out simultaneously. I am not sure but you may wish to do this in steps.
If none of this applies to your post, just ignore it, as many have in other posts.
              Just trying to help.

I take the slow, deliberate approach in my aimless wandering.

Thank you for your fast replies, first i tried line2tubetool then ghostcomponent, it work only for tube along blue red and green axis then i read the replies and try line2tubestool whit 4 sides (precision is sides), and all the tubes are rotated of 45 degres ... so i have to rotated then ... so long for a so small structure ...
Pipealongpath don t works on the all lines and have the same rotate problem.
                Profilbuilder looks great
I just discover that soften edges works outside the group or component (several groups or components too), i start using su in juny 😆

Top faces straight curvated are very cool but the underfaces are not intersected 😉underface.jpg

So select only up faces and make a dawn Joint Push Pull by Fredo6 😉
Press TAB for have options (Keep /Erase original faces)

To get orthogonal 'frames' try Windowizer4 on all of the selected faces, give Glass a Material, NO rear faces, and without subdivision etc.
Select frames' faces by material and use JointPushPull on them to make the properly intersecting, back faces of frames...
If you don't want the 'glass' then you can select by material and erase it later...EEbyR+Windowizer4.pngEEbyR+Windowizer4.skp

You can always select everything and intersect with selected?
There is no easy way of making such a complex 3D object without some compromises...
                            "Sufficient is fit"
I have updated the SKP and PNG to show making the front-face only and then using +JPP to avoid this problem...
