Find it in the Zip file. 32x32 pixel, 32 bit, uncompressed png is the base (good for Desktop as well as for folder icon)
Sorry, no Mac version - I have no idea what that uses

Image programs like Gimp will also let you save any image file as a .ico file and scale its size too...

Yeah, I also made it with Gimp (I guess I could/should have played more with making the transparent borders nicer but in such a small image they cannot be seen anyway)
