Need help on loading Vray Materials

i recently downloaded materials for Vray from the asgvis site

i was wondering if the materials i downloaded are compatible and can be directly loaded to Vray for SU.

if possible, could you teach me how? a ton of thanks

ASGVis got lots in their download area.
Also, in the forum I think there's links to a third party repository.
