Hello everyone and thanks for any help. I am new to SketchUp.

When I began using SketchUp the lines were clean with nothing marking the ends. Now I have little points on the ends of each line. Not sure what I did to cause this, but would like to know how to go back to the clean lines with no end markers or dots.

Again, thanks so much. . .

        Hi and welcome here,

It's easy, just go to the View menu > Edge Style > and uncheck Extension.

        Good work.

          Hi Elgin,

(yes, Panga "beat me" but I still push the button...) 😉

This is a style setting in some of the templates. Open your Style dialog (Window menu), navigate to "In model" > Edit tab > Edge settings and uncheck endpoints and extensions.

Now (maybe together with some other settings) save this as a template (under the File menu) and go to Preferences > Te4mplates to choose your newly created, custom template for SU to start with any time you open a new file.

          Gai...
