How can i configure this warning , so it won't show up again at the startup ?

Don't think there is a way to disable that dialog. It will appear every time you open an old V-Ray scene. Only way to get rid of it is to resave the model after opening.

I opened the default opening template, resaved it and it doesn´t show anymore at the startup.
