I'd say pretty much any PC with a graphics card bought today will run ZBrush.

Wow. The more advanced Zbrush gets, the more it does things SU can do easily, vs. the organic modeling Zbrush originally did.

One thing it can't do is to edit models made in SU due to the terrible topology SU exports. This "easily" has a cost. Where are edge loops in SU?
