Appearing holes when using small models

Hi, i have attached a small video of my problem, i don't think this is normal behaviour?
The box is 2x2x2mm

Hi dennis013, that happens due to the fact that SU can't handle very small surfaces. Enlarge your model x10 or x100 and then resize it at the end.

Is there any word on a fix for this? It is strange though.. It should not matter wether it's 2mm, 2cm or 2km?

As i said "very small surfaces", not very large.
