Record Screen Actions

Hi Guys,
Is there a free program that will record my screen actions so i could show tutorials etc?

Not free, but an inexpensive and all-purpose image and video screen capture I use almost daily:
Also has on-screen ruler, eye-dropper (copy to clipboard), magnifier, simple built-in editor.

I echo Solo. I use Jing almost everyday for quick video and still image captures that I host on my own website and post here on the forums. Its great. Biggest downfalls are that it has a 5 minute limit, and saves as .swf files, which youtube won't accept. But for $20US a year you can upgrade to a version that saves as .mp4, uploads directly to youtube, and does some other stuff. Look into it. I've been very happy with my results.

Screen VidShot is what I use. It records both video and sound. I like this app

I currently have AutoScreenRecorder (Free) on. So far I like it. Certainly the pro has more options.
