Vray net render
-
Are all machines on a wire and not wireless. I have found that the data transfer through wireless takes to long and the slaves stall and never connect. Just an idea but the render log that thom requested will help too.

Also, be sure that the textures used in the model belong to a folder that is shared over the network, otherwise the slave machine will render only the diffuse color, giving you strange result.
And I second the suggestion of wired links, wireless won't work!

Can you post the content of the render log? Might be some clues there.
Thank you,
the machines are all wired, the textures folders are shared, here the render log I use: -
That's the Render Options.
The Render Log is what you get in this window:
If you could copy the content of that window, paste it into Notepad and upload the file here it'd help in determining what's going on.

thanks, I'll do this way.

here the log file, translation included (!)

looks like a firewall issue on the other machine.
-
Yes, make sure that the DRSpawner.exe is allowed through your firewall and the traffic though your network isn't blocked. Temporary disable your firewall to see if it works then.
-
windows firewall shares the spawner (it allows DRSpawner).
I'm "freaking out", I'll reinstall the spawner... -
The installation of The DRSpawner on a computer needs to be made in a particular way?
-
It should not need to be installed in any special way. I am guessing it is a firewall issue or a SLOW machine that can not process the data all that well.
Just my 2 cents
