Sketchers Studio (Mac Only)

Hi Guys,

I've just discovered Sketchers Studio and its Mac only (so far). Shhhhhh! Don't tell any of the PC guys about this application. I think it might upset them as its quite good

I think the makers of the app made a post about it not too long ago, but it was removed due to being an advert I think... (don't quote me on this)

Wish my old Mac Mini was able to handle this...

Too bad it is not embedded in Sketchup.
Again, no chance to use the mainstream render engines to really get good results.
Oh come on Google....do a little effort.

I'd say this should keep quite a few Mac users busy making movies. I notice that the producers have the following on there Feature List but not 'ticked'.

Dynamic (Physics) Animation
Motion Editor
Particle Editor
High Quality Shadow
Text layer
Screen Effect
High Movie Export

I wonder if they are working on these features.

I am Tatsuya, one of developers of Sketchers Studio. It's nice to join
a community like this. Thank you for inviting us, Mike.

Yes, we are working on the features that Mike listed above but they will
be implemented in Sketchers Studio Pro which we are going to release in
the future. Sketchers Studio basically has the features only which are
checked in the table though we are also trying to improve it.

Yeah! Hi Tatsuya! I just found your software by accident (while looking for stuff on SU Animate on YouTube). This forum is indeed a really good forum- I'm really digging it here too!

I've got 3 days to do a dynamite animation for a crowd of 120 people, in a church, on the top of a hill, and I'm beginning to get the butterflies!! This software looks just the ticket. I'll give it a spin.

Hi Mike.

I was just going to reach for my credit card, when I noticed that I must pay via PayPal. This would have been fine a month ago, but in the usual PayPal way, they seem to have messed my transition to a new card up- and at the moment I have no PayPay!! Argghhh!! I wish people would take gold old VISA again, or even Kagi, because you can't save any edits in the demo
