just to remind you there are many mac users out here waiting for your creations to be available to them. almost all plugings avalable for SUp run on PCs and macs except the ones produced by renderplus.

perhaps it is time for you to think about us and get a considerable number of new customers.

      best regards.

We purchased a Mac recently, and hope to get some of the applications converted.

However, it may be even longer for RpTreeMaker and IRender nXt - since these applications are based on C++ code developed for AutoCAD, and we are having a hard time convincing the third-party developer that a Mac version would be valuable.

As an aside - Is anyone aware of a good way to develop applications for Windows and Mac at the same time? Does the Mircosoft .NET tool do this, or is there some other tool we should use?

You might consider Squeak - http://www.squeak.org - which works identically on mac, windows (most versions), unix (most versions), RISC OS, iPhone, etc. Sadly there isn't yet any interface to SU for Squeak.

          afaik .NET is Windows only

very common in this area is Qt from Nokia (formerly Trolltech)
