Hi there,
I'm wondering if I can copy my plugins folder off my PC and copy it into a Mac Plugins folder? Thanks,
Jeff

Normally, yes. Unfortunately, That's not the case for many of the rubys/extensions I've downloaded. The latest skin.rb, for instance, doesn't seem to run on macs. (although, the feature to clean up unnecessary lines still works)

confirm - tried once on a mac (my plugins folder) and got quite a few errors - cleaned those, yet some scripts were still not working anyway.
i think you will have to go the long 'try one by one' way - or else hope for more mac pros replies..

seems i'll have to revise my statement to 'yep, should work fine for some things, although you might have problems with some plugins.'
I suppose the first thing to do is to just copy the whole lot across and see what errors you get, from there you might be able to work out which plugins arent working and then remove them.

i would say about 90% of the plugins around work fine on mac.

Thanks for everyones input. I'll pass it on to my friend.
