Aside from the excellent modeling Solo, you have caught the required
atmosphere which I think is often more important with this particular
        scene πŸ‘

Love it Pete, looks just like the Shambles in York (minus the cart and plus a few hundred tourists). πŸ‘ πŸ‘ πŸ‘

I love the look of the early morning light. Just lovely! I had my boys look at your original post awhile back. They think it's for one of the games they play, I can't remember which one they said.

                  Great job, Pete!

As always, looks great. I don't know if ot's the lighting or render size, but the wood timbers appear as smoooth dark brown objects.

Hey solo, great atmospheric render! - is this Vue 7? Have you upgraded so far? What are the differences between 6 and 7 - any easier to operate?

Awesome stuff, solo. But the jpeg compression is killing me. 😠

Yes, it would be nice to see this render in an uncompressed format. Awesome model...the render is a tad bit dark though. Is there a way to achieve softer shadows in Vue?

Spadestick, this was done with version 6.

I used a 20% compresion jpg, is this better?

The darkness of the render also depends on your monitor settings, on one LCd at home it looks dark, yet on one that is calibrated with a screen spyder it's right on...tough one to balance IMO.
