Help Please

I'm supposed to help a guy learn to use SketchUp on his Mac in 20 minutes. I thought I would print out the Mac Quick Reference card and I thought I had seen a link to it on the SketchUp site. Now I can't find it. Of course if I had a Mac in front of me, I wouldn't need the link.
So, does anyone have the link? Or could someone upload the PDF? Thanks.

Thank you very much, Todd. That's a big help. I can't remember which key does what to modify the tools so this'll be a good reference.

in an emergency you can always open up the "Instructor" window. that tells you all the modifyer keys as well.

Yeah, I know but I don't have a Mac in front of me and I wanted to know the modifiers before I met with him.
