Vray Sketchup Shadow problem

Can you help me please because i have a problem when i render with Vray and Sketchup 6.
On the right wall i see strange shadows. What can i do to eleminate it;

my quick guess is you are using IR as primary engine. if you will use QMC you wont have those thing, but QMC will take long time to render. one of the thing that you can do is increase the min and max rate. or increase the hsph subdivision and samples. see what will happen.
another minor thing, in your QMC sampler decrease the value from default 1 into say .85- or .90, the darker tones will be lighten up a bit so the effect of blotches will be lesser.
I notice your shadows are sharp. under the vray sun parameter, increse the size of your sun and you will see you will have softer shadow.

Just put some higher irradiance settings! You should use for this cinde of exterior renderings combination of irradiance map for primary engine and LC for secondary engine!

How do u make "sun size" increase? Does anyone have jpg or other image (ptcs) format sample of set up settings for proper exterior shadows scene? I would appreciate the same for interior scene also...THNX

You change the sun size from the Sky map in the GI Environment setting.
