I often have files which contain several options to a project. I set up scenes with the different layers toggles to display different combinations. However, sometimes I need to adjust the camera and I want all the scenes with the different options to have the same camera position.

Is there a way I can copy the camera position from one scene to another scene so taht I don't have to recreate all the scenes every time I need to adjust the camera?

If you open the scene dialogue (Window menu), you can uncheck the camera position and the camera (viewpoint) won't change over the scenes.

So when I activate that scene it'll then use the camera viewport of the previous scene?

You should start with these settings because every scene can have its unique settings which is inherited when a new scene is created. So if you already have your scenes, you should do this setting at every scene and update it.
