Well... It could be a photo taken in Denmark, but perhaps also in Norway...?!?
"Fart kontrol" means "Speed control"...
Sometimes words are spelled the same but means something completely different...
Even within the Scandinavian languages there are some funny words...
I.e. the Danish word "Taske" means "a bag", but in Swedish, "taske" means something completely different...

The name has "porn" and "nainen" (Finnish for "woman") in it (sharing a letter). Some search engines give interesting results... This name is in fact quite innocent, being a Finnish bastardization of a Swedish name.
Otherwise the Finnish maps are full of geographical features with quite rude (and intentionally so) names!
