My friend impaled himself on the exact same type of fence!!

He was drunk and thought he could jump straight over it. We were left in a predicament whether to ease him off the spike, or leave him there until the ambulance came!! So we just held him up to reduce the strain I was worried about arteries/nerves etc.

He now has a number 7 shaped scar on his bum after 28 stitches!
