Yep, missed it also. I saw a TV program the other night
about eyes. They are in did wonderfully complex pieces of
machinery.The program showed a lady (totally blind) in Canada trying
out a new invention that is plugged into the brain. It was
wonderful to see / hear her joy at seeing just flashes of
light and outlines. She was able to distinguish seashore
waves and even the outline of a sailing boat.It looks like its only a matter of time before these devices
become available and more high powered. Does anyone remember
the guy with one of these in Star Trek?
