      Hi,

i was wondering if i could get some help / advice? imagine a ballgown type dress with puffed out skirt and lots of ripples / creases. i need to create this effect in Sketchup for a friend who is a design student. she has created the dress but now has been requested to provide a 3D model for whatever reason and she has come to me. i draw mainly shopfitting so her request is not my usual thing hence the request. i do not need anyone to do it for me, just a bit of guidance to help me on my way. it would be i guess, a circle of about 1100mm with a rise of 700mm to a hip size shape. i can create the body area but am struggling with the main part.

      any help greatly appreciated.

      NS.
