Stamp tool alteration

Yeah, actually you guys here are the biggest intuitions - I don't really use the terrain tools so every time there's a question like this it's a kind of challenge...

thanks for the thread.
The main part of the stamp to be modified would be outside of the offset. When a building has to be moved some distance like 3-6 ft. across the site. I havent been able to successfully accomplish this except by starting over. maybe grouping the stamp and then carefully moving it....you can nix the reference to the thread, i read it. and thanks.

Well Gai, for not using the tool, I think you handled it well. i would have considered your line of work a natural usage of the terrain tools, with all excavations you see. Intuitions...is that any thing like a pita?

Well, I'm just getting into a project where I'll need to use it, I guess.
Otherwise whatever we measure (survey) out in the field, I usually process through with Didier's cloud script.And a little experience in a tool that one does not often use, has never harmed anyone!
