FredoScale license not received after PayPal payment

Hello,
I need help with a FredoScale license that I purchased but have not received.
The payment was successfully completed via PayPal on September 8, 2026, to SketchUcation LLC.
Purchase details:

• Extension: FredoScale
• Amount: USD 15.00
• Purchase date: September 8, 2026
• PayPal Transaction ID: 5UW4033720392862G
• Merchant Transaction ID: 3PD89456VY420805C
• Invoice ID: 2026/178511
• SketchUcation username: marcos_krauspenhar77
  I have already checked my email inbox and spam/junk folder, as well as the My Licenses section of my SketchUcation account. The FredoScale license is still not available.
  I have also contacted SketchUcation Support by email, but the issue has not been resolved yet.
  I checked my local SCFLicenseLog.txt. It contains several FredoScale purchase_request entries on September 8, 9 and 11, but there is no license activation or validation entry after the PayPal payment was completed.
  The folder C:\Users\Public\SCF Licenses contains only SCFLicenseLog.txt and SCFLicenseSignature - DO NOT MODIFY OR DELETE.txt. There is no local FredoScale license file.
  Could you please verify whether my PayPal payment was correctly linked to my SketchUcation account and issue or make the FredoScale license available in My Licenses?
  I can provide the PayPal payment receipt and the SCFLicense log if required.
