@Gowri211034 I can see in our system your user has made several purchase attempts. Unfortunately I can not see any of these purchase payments being completed. Have you received a receipt about the payment from PayPal or Stripe? If yes, please send it to support@sketchucation.com and maybe also by private chat to me.
