ERROR_A04 – Licença inválida do RoundCorner (reset manual solicitado)

Boa tarde!
Adquiri uma licença válida do plugin RoundCorner, porém não consigo instalara a licensa sempre da o erro (ERROR_A04 – Invalid License).
Já realizei todos os procedimentos recomendados:
– reinstalação da LibFredo6 e do RoundCorner
– exclusão da pasta SCF Licenses
– reinicialização do computadorMesmo assim, a pasta SCF Licenses é recriada automaticamente com assinatura antiga inválida, impedindo a ativação da licença.
Pelo que entendi, a licença está vinculada a um ID antigo de máquina.
Solicito, por gentileza, o reset manual da licença no servidor para que eu possa ativá-la novamente.

If you visit https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php you can see you have no activated licenses.
The error is related to your device name.
Please check if your device name uses non-alphanumeric character like áéíóú etc.
Change it to use only alphanumeric characters.
