      @Jspro
      Thank you for the screenshot.
      As TIG pointed out in the previous post, it looks like, you are not logging in to SketchUcation Tools. You can download and install SketchUcation Tools from here: https://sketchucation.com/resources/plugin-store-download

      I hope we helped with your issue.

        @TIG appreciate your help and guiding me. So I did download and update the extension store successfully I hope, because it showed up on my desktop on SketchUp but when I go to click the store it just says click continue if page does not refresh but it does not get me to the store. Also I would like to note that once I did that I was able to get curvaloft from Fredo to work but without the store I cannot download future plugins I will send you a screenshot of the extension store V5.0.1 if you could help me through that. Thanks John2247.jpg

            Thank you for the screenshots. It looks like you have permission issues, SUCTools can not read one of your files in the plugins folder. We need @TIG to look into this.

              All or the files and subfolders in your plugins folder [path in the error messages] should have appropriate FULL permissions.
              Try the following:
              Select the 'plugins' folder's icon, right-click > 'properties', then 'security' tab, your user-name should be listed, choose the 'edit' button and ensure that you have 'full control' set up. Choose 'apply', then OK.

I will keep you posted

                  Thanks for all your help. In the last picture with the question mark is where we are at a loss to know what to do to grant permission. Picture 2 show all of the users, all have the same permissions but they are grayed out and I can't edit. According to the steps that I need to take to install sketchucation tools for 2017 it shows under the windows preferences preferences an extension tab which I don't have. Again thank you for helping me.2276.jpg [2276.jpg].(/assets/uploads/files/1759067529540-2276-resized.jpg) 2277.jpg 2278.jpg

                    Late on in 2017 they changed the menus etc.
                    Preferences no longer linked you to Extensions.
                    The equivalent Extensions Manager then appeared under the Windows menu,
                    later on this migrated again - this time into the Extensions menu.
                    The Extension Manager has its own dedicated dialog,
                    with an Install Extension... button to do exactly what the earlier way did.

                        @TIG Sounds good, did you have any thoughts on my other issue you were helping me on the two pictures that I posted for you in trying to log on to the sketchUcation? I meant to attach the picture where I followed the steps and the results. I'm at a loss to know what to do from here. Really appreciate all your help2276.jpg

                          @Jspro

                          You are NOT getting the properties of your *Plugins folder - that's the SketchUcation.RBZ !

                          In any case your user account was not highlighted in the dialogs that you snapped.

                          If that* was and has checked 'Full' [first item], even if it's 'greyed' it should be OK.

                          Can you please learn how to make PC based snapshots of your screen or dialogs without resorting to actual photographs - it makes reading this very awkward...
