Question regarding existing 3-seat license...

Hi Fredo Team!
I purchased a perpetual, 3-seat license several years ago and just used my last unassigned license when I purchased a new MacBook recently. Is there a way to release the other two licenses from the two defunct computers so they're available for use on other computers? (hope this makes sense.. : )
