They make PBR materials using real world products from manufacturers.
It's mainly US based products but its available for free. Don't know if they plan the monetise it at some point. But currently they have tons of free 4K materials that are high quality.

Very sharp, question, why have a bed with one side up against a wall?. Something that does not make sense for me tbh.
