LibFredo6 Tools on Surface is missing

Hi, I'm having issues with LibFredo6. The Tools on Surface extension no longer appears in my toolbar. I've double-checked to make sure that everything has been updated, and it has. I've even disabled and uploaded the newest Sketucation and Tools on Surface, but no luck. I'm at my wits' end on how to fix the problem.

Your post doesn't explain everything exactly.
Why did you disable anything ?
An installation of a newer version is sufficient.
To use this tool you need the latest version of it installed - you say you've done that...
You also need the latest version of the SketchUcation toolset installed for any licensing - you say you have done that...
You must also have the latest version of LibFredo6 installed - you have not confirm doing that.After installing these files you must restart SketchUp to sync everything.
If you have done that, then what appears in the Extensions Manager dialog ?
What appears in the Tools menu submenus, and Toolbars for that extension ?
