No, it is not the 3DWH model is nothing close to the detail of this one

was able to run this by a friends vray installation with some geometry touch-ups and a bit of texture and light love. will see if can render some more angles.

ten years ago I rendered that with Twilightrender.
As I 've seen Oblivion today in TV, I decided to give it a run in Twinmotion.
Last one is a twinmotion avatar with faceswap in stable diffusion

I created a HDRI "over the clouds" 360Β°- Sphere in Midjourney, upscaled it in Stable diffusion and pasted in Twinmotion.
