Look at Sefaira. That might do what you want.

Thanks! I'm looking for something more simply and less holistic.
I need that to design and visualize some single complicated nodes in building partitions (walls, ceilings, lintels connections). It will help me to design proper solution of the node construction. I was trying to use some Masonry Assembly Thermal Simulation Software available on the ncma.org website, but it is too simply. If anyone has an idea, I would be grateful for help

Lightup has a Light Insolation analysis option. Not heat transfer though.

There is an open source tool called OpenFOAM. But its not integrated with SketchUp so you need to tweak stl files. I tried a few years ago but I went nowhere with it. Any info I got on it was either based on the examples files it comes with or data from some other package.

To be honest I couldn't even get it to read .stl files exported from SketchUp.

Download the free D'oh Book for SketchUp 📖
