Laubwerk Plants Library not showing any plants in SketchUp

Hi,
I'm using Sketchup 2019, Windows 10.in My laptop Laubwerk plants library window shows empty in sketchup 2019, I tried Laubwerk Plants Kit Freebie v1.0.28 & v1.0.43, both library browser shows empty, at same time its working fine with 3dsmax 2018 in the same system (Win 10, AMD Ryzen 5 + Radeon RX 560X 4GB Graphics). I tried in other versions Sketchup (Su 2018 & 2020), and it all showing empty plant library. I also installed it in sketchup 2015 in win 32 bit PC, and it works fine.Does it required any other support like NET frame work or Java runtime etc. in my laptop.I reinstalled my OS and all apps last week because of a SSD damage. Any help Please.... -
