Auth Token cannot be used.

SU 2022.
So I have been getting this warning quite a bit lately when trying to open another SU file or create a new one. I am signed in, I have a paid license, nobody else is using it but me, no other SU sessions are open...I have to close SU and open a new session to go to another file. Annoying.
It seems to only be happening with SU 2022 not 2023. And it seems to have started after I installed 2023 but I cannot say for certain.
Any ideas?

Not 100% sure but running 2022 and 2023 seems to lead to issues when it comes to authorising.
I primarily use 2022 but if I need to test a plugin update in 2023 then next time I launch 2022 the toys are thrown out of the pram.
I imagine the device management side of the licensing doesn't like toing and froing.
So I'm accustomed to signing in and out of my Trimble ID to reset stuff.
