Rotate screen view plugin - trying to refind

I used to have a plugin that I could rotate my screen view with. So just the screen view, not the objects.From memory it had a button one clicked on and a circle, poss. with an arrow (but I'm very unsure about that bit) in it popped up like the attached pic, and I would click in centre of circle and manually rotate the screen view to suit. I reinstalled a while back and can't find plugin.
Can anyone else remember it? and does a copy exist? I'd really like to use it again.
I'm still using 2012/v8
