I cant use my train model in sketchup (Help please)

I downloaded a train from a platform in RAR format. I downloaded an unzipper. when I unzip it and try to import the obj or Max files SU does not recognise it. Would somebody who knows what they are doing convert the file to an SKP file? I am not sure if it is the file or my lack of skills, but I do noy have long as my internet will slow to Zero is a couple of hours and I cant get on with my train station as I need critical measurements of the train. Help would be very much appreciated

Read the comments on the model page. He has his Whatsapp number there. Someone couldn't open the obj file in Sketchup either. Scroll down over here:

Universal importer will do the job, I find the file reduction system too clunky but the actual importer aspect does a fair job so far mate.
