I'm trying to buy an extension but when I go to the payment page on sketchucation the payment links don't respond

What browser are you using? Do you have any sort of popup blocker active?

I am using google and there is no add block active. When I select paypal or credit card button nothing happens

Try a different browser, Something is blocking javascript

The button not reacting suggests javascript is blocked or prevented from executing.
Known causes are adblockers or browser settings.
Normally switching to a browser with no addons running works. Don't know what else to suggest.
Can you try a different network?
