I need your help!
the task i can not do:
Simplefided:
Draw a loooon recktangle box, lets say about 1 m long 30cm high.
Draw a second rectangle box inside the first one wit a spce of 4 cm on each side.
Draw now small lines from the corner of the outsidebox to the corner of the inside box (4x)
So far so easy.
but now the inside box should be with "push/pull" moved 5 cm out...... but the connected 4 surfaces
should morph too.
The result it should ve a four-sided Trapetz body.May there is a free plug-in? additional restrictions i have is a old Laptop so only SU2016 runs here. ;o)

You wouldn't use pushpull, you would use the move tool.
Select the inner rectangle and use the move tool to move it 5cm up.

...or if only the geometric resulting shape is important to you, the "Follow Me" methods might also be helpful.

I suppose you can also draw a box then resize the top!

You don't even need to draw the 4 segments to join the corners.
Autofold will create them automatically.Just do the following:
_Hit "R" on your keyboard
_Left click
_Type "100;30" and hit "Enter" key
_Hit "F" key and hover over the rectangle you just created, click drag the hilighted border
_Type "4" and hit "Enter"
_Hit "M" key
_Hover on the inner rectangle click and drag it somewhere
_Hit the up arrow key and drag up with mouse
_Type "5" and hit "enter"

i used on the end the solution of "BOX" and feel a bit silly. Sooo easy
