Industrial loft

Looking for something to do but not inspired to build, I went over to the Sketchup texture club and found this, https://www.sketchuptextureclub.com/3d-models/loft-apartments .
Something to tinker with and I got this as the first render. A little dark but not desprerately so.

Nice! Just bump the exposure a little and it will be perfect.
Or just toss into Photoshop or something like and increase the brightness.
I like the composition. (camera angle)

Ta mate, I have Affinity but not exactly auz fait with it as you can see. I find the tv screen and hdri too bright and balancing these will be a bit of a monster.
-
That's perfect!
-
yes, very good! The carpet in the front is cool, is that a model or a trick from the renderer you used?
-
very nice!

Hi Mike that render is going somewhere, it is a good space and composition with some really nice detail. The lighting is not quite there though as you aknowledged. I would assume the screen could have its value manipulated, am I not correct?
Where did you get that carpet in the foreground? It is very believable -
Thanks folks there are things to address mentioned already, possibly create a hybrid image from bracketing the lighting (Affinity photo can do this as you can see).
The rug is a plain old rug with detail added by make fur. Base of .5", 1" length of fur and stiffness of 3 to make the individual tufts more realistic. Made from the componant so it takes some colour from that. -
Next up. I have found huge issues with geometry so I am going to have to fix these issues too.

Slightly different post pro with Affinity photo.
-
Looking good!
The new color temp and wall texture changes look great.
-
I am not happy to see the backside of the sofa.
I would always avoid such a view.
The render is great!

Thanks mate, I have another layout in mind which will remove the issue..
