      Criteria: no Intel video, under $800, 12+GB RAM, min 512 HDD, 16" or better, i5 (or AMD 5) or better.

      Can be a refurbished or slightly older laptop.

        Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 15.6" Laptop Computer Platinum Collection - Grey AMD Ryzen 7 6800H 3.2GHz Processor; NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 4GB GDDR6; 16GB DDR5-4800 RAM; 512GB Solid State Drive.

          You've a nice setup there. Try a cooling pad too to help with heat and noise.
