Trying to purchase license

Im sorry if this is something easy but I am having difficulty getting a license. Im trying to use round corner and it says my trial is over. I clicked on obtain license where I can purchase it for $12. No problem! I fill out the info and click on paypal and nothing happens. Im guessing it has something to do with the vat number (I dont know what that is). How can I purchase the license? Thanks

Make sure you have the current version of the Sketchucation ExtensionStore installed. You need that for license mangement.
Check your Spam box for an e-mail or retrieve the license info from here: https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php

Thanks for the help. I have the latest version, I just downloaded it and installed. I go to my licensing screen and I dont have any licenses in there because I havent been able to purchase it yet. When I am on the purchasing screen, I type in my info but It wont let me pay.I included a screenshot of the screen I am on. I took out my address for the pic.

Can you clear your browsers cache? CTRL + F5

I tried that and it didnt work. I then went to a different browser and it worked fine. Thanks.
