Is there a way to setting the exact degree of rotation during creation of a new plane? -
Use the Protractor tool to make some guidelines to snap to ?
And/Or unlock the work-plane temporarily [select > context-menu] and then use the native Move / Rotate tools to place it where you want - re-lock it afterwards... -
